According to reports, the application has been accepted by the Trade Marks Registry portal and is currently open for public notice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

MS Dhoni lawyer, Mansi Aggarwal, told The Indian Express that the trademark filing encountered some initial obstacles. The registry raised concerns about the existence of a similar trademark, which could potentially cause confusion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

They further contended that since the trademark pertains specifically to sports and entertainment services, the risk of confusion with existing trademarks is minimal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
