In the chase, England\u2019s batting was outstanding. Openers Zak Crawley (65) and Ben Duckett (149) laid a solid foundation with a 188-run opening partnership. Duckett\u2019s aggressive and dominant innings particularly stood out.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Although India took wickets at regular intervals, they could not halt the flow of runs. Joe Root (53 not out) and Jamie Smith (44 not out) steadied the innings to guide England to victory with five wickets to spare.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
