Asia Cup is starting from 9 September
The 17th season of the upcoming Asia Cup 2025 will be played in the UAE from 9 to 28 September. This time a total of 8 teams will be seen participating in the tournament. This year this tournament will be played in T20 format keeping in mind the T20 World Cup 2026.

This is the first time that 8 teams are participating in the Asia Cup, which have been divided into two groups of four each. Apart from defending champions India, the group includes Pakistan, UAE and Oman. On the other hand, Group B includes Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, Bangladesh and Hong Kong. The teams finishing in the top 2 in both the groups will qualify for the Super Four. The final match of the tournament will be played in Dubai on 28 September.
