Karnataka fast bowler Krishna was replaced by right-arm fast bowler Yash Thakur. Prasidh Krishna was hit by a short-pitched delivery from Thornton in the 39th over of the innings. Krishna failed to make contact with the ball while attempting a pull shot, resulting in a mandatory concussion check-up. Despite this, Krishna continued batting.

But Krishna had to return in the 42nd over due to discomfort. This is not good news for Team India before the start of the home Test series against the West Indies. Well, after the fall of the 9th wicket in the match, fast bowler Yash Thakur, who replaced Krishna, came out to bat. At the end of the second day’s play, Australia A lost 3 wickets for 16 runs in the second innings and currently lead the match by 242 runs.
